The 243 code is from your sps62. Your truck came with a electronically controlled wastegate and now you do not have one. How did you disconect the wastegate? If you just put it in a bag and taped it out of the way this could be the problem. I got a boost controll resistor for mine so I would not have this problem. As for the 148 code this could be caused by your relief valve being blown. What kind of rail pressure do you run?

my relief valve is pluged
the 0243 isn't the problem
my commander says i have 24,500+ w/ the engine off and the key on
i think it's the sensor just wanted to hear from some other people just to make sure i don't pay for somthing i don't need

I was getting the 148 code and long starts. It started running weaker also. It was the connector tubes leaking. they won't start till the rail pressure hits 10,000 psi. The connector tubes were changed with my injectors 20k ago and they just backed out enough to give me trouble. Runs like a different truck now that they are re-torqued. That was three weeks and 1,800 miles ago and so far so good. No codes. I also have had the overboost code and I do have a resistor plugged in to the stock turbo harness. Only every now and then though.
