Not trying to start a fight here, but DCX itself agrees to or rejects the warentee claim not the dealer. If a major repair was needed even if the dealer installed it you might have a problem with warentee. The dealer should, in a case like that, cover the repair or work with you on a new truck.

I have also been looking for a dealer in the Sacramento area that has a GREAT service department. (I need it done right the first time)
Folsom Lake Dodge is where I purchased mine and from what I hear they are not all that. From everybody I talk to.
Any Ideas guys?
