18x9 wheels w/ 5"backspacing and 35's will they rub?
i have a 2" leveling kit and want to upgrade my stock wheels/tires. i found some pro comp forged wheels 18x9 w/ 5" backspacing and nitto terragrapplers 325/65/18 which are 34.9" tall/13.0" wide. will they rub anywhere? im guessing they will stick out about 2" farther than my stock wheels.

Just a shot in the dark, well, not really. I do think they'll rub at lock. But, it will be fairly driveable if you don't mind a little rub. My opinion. Buy wheels with at least 5.5" of B.S.
And on a leveling kit, DON'T GO ANY WIDER THAN A 9" WHEEL!!!
This kind of thing depends on the truck itself. They're all a tad bit different. I think you'll rub on the driver side fender with your set up b/c the 2'' leveling kit shifts the front axle to the drivers side b/c the track bar hasn't been dropped down or extended to compensate for the lift.

found 3 other options w/ more backspacing:
1- 18x9 w/ 5.18" backspace and 35x13 tires.
2-18x9 w/ 5.7" backspace and 35x13 tires.
3-17x8.5 w/ 6" backspace and 35x13 tires.
i like the 1st choice (chrome) the best but they have the least backspacing, not sure if they will rub.
the 2nd choice looks best in bronze color but im not sure how bronze will look on my white truck?
the 3rd choice is a forged wheel in polished or chrome but only a 17"
what do you guys think?

I have 18x9 with 5" of back spacing. The rubber is 35 x 12.50 procomp AT XT. Kore Recon HD leveling kit. I have a slight rub on the back inner fender at full lock. Some longer control arms will fix it for me.

Speaking from a dimensional standpoint (width and backspacing), wheel #3 is best, then #2, and as a last resort #1.

Pauly is right on as usual
As for my taste, I'd go with choice #2, I kinda like my wheels sticking out a bit, only up to about an 1 1/2" though. As for the Bronze color, that could be really cool, and don't think anyone has done it before.

i actually went w/ a completely different wheel a buddy found for me. its made by alba and its called the dakar. 18x9 w/ 5.5 bs. in chrome. we mounted them up tonight and everything worked out great. i have about 1/4" between the tires and fender while turning. what helped alot on the drivers side was the 3" bds tracbar bracket i installed today. it brought the axle back over to the pass. side and evened everything up. i figured having it 1" off is better than 2"s off. now i need an alignment bad. i will try and post some pics by the weekend, thanks to everyone who helped out.

No. That tire is 13.5 inches wide. I put 295/75/18s (same height as the 325 but only 11.5" wide) on a 18X8.5 w/ 5.2" backspacing and they rub slightly at full lock or if turning and going over a bump. This is without a leveling kit, but I really need the leveling kit just to clear these tires and my rim is .5" narrower. I'm guessing you would need a 4" lift for those. You need to step down in tire size or find a different rim if you don't want to lift it.
