06 megacab factory radio
I don't have the premium sound system in my truck. Just AM/FM radio with CD player. My question is. Are there speakers in the dash from the factory? Looks like room for some 3.5's. Can't tell if sound is coming from them or not.

lay down in the floor board, it's a free flow ventilation hole now.
looks like would be good place for some mids/tweets if you ran separates.
there is a hole in the center that the infinity runs as a center channel.
if you got a tri mode capable amp (stereo & bridged mode at same time) you could run a center the same as the infinity.

Good deal, I already Competition Memphis seperates to go in the doors and I'm going to add some 3.5's in the dash.
