Mine felt that way until my SMARTY SR. came along, maybe it's true what they say, anything over 4" until you pass 450HP is a waste...

well the box I have now is uhs? i think is the brand and i paid something like 430 for it. So i hate to get rid of it, If i could find a box and still be able to use the GN with stacks then I would be all in.

How long is it front to back??? I know it wouldn't work with my truck because I have the Drawtite hitch with the gn plate.

if you look at the pics I posted the last one you can see the box. it angles up to just over the front of the wheel wells . . its an in bed box as wide as the truck bed.

Rick I think your stacks look killer too, minus the shiny for me I like black.

Thanks man. Lots of ppl trying to convince me to keep them, but I just want something else. I'm still wanting to do the 2nd gen manifold soon as well. The offer is on the table, no pressure intended.

I had a 2003 RAM 2500 w/305*555 and NV5600. I dyno'ed my truck on Dunbar's Dyno (Diesel Performance Motorsports) on 09/17/05 after adding the Juice w/Attitude. My results were :

244.9/485.2 Level 0
301.2/620.9 Level 3
333.0/672.5 Level 4
368.4/718.0 Level 5

Later that next spring, I replaced the stock elbow with one from a 325/610 truck and hung Magnaflow's # 15989 5" stainless steel exhaust and picked up 13 hp over level 5 (381 hp).......again, on Dunbar's Dyno.

Can't really understand why your truck is suffering from the 5" system......

gsbrockman, thanx for your input. I to have no idea what went wrong. . but my truck really feels like an actual pig. its ridiculous. . I almost lost to a mustang the other day

maybe I trashed my turbo when I drove 1 mile with it exiting just after the elbow. I did not get on it. egts below 700. or so ??

I don't think so. But you can check your turbo for play. Only thing i can imagine is you just lost quite abit of backpressure. Probably suffered a substantial loss in low end. You still have the he341??? I don't think its a good combo with 5", its a little small. JMHO

yes still have the factory he341, low end is ok, top end above 2500rpms it just falls on its face. lost about 4-5 psi up there. I have been looking at cheaper off brand turbos just to get some power back. also have been looking at the HE351 swap.
