It's done. I've decided on and am buying something
.
07.5 3500 DRW QC 4x2 Thunder Road
It's Brilliant Black all over. It has a power sunroof, power sliding rear window and factory NAV system. It's also a bucket seat truck with a full console and already has radio controls. It is a cloth interior truck, which is good because I'm done with leather. 3.73 gears and the 68RFE tranny behind the 6.7. With a little under 14,000 miles and no trips to the dealer, I think I've found a good one. Oh yeah, at a REALLY good price.
Well, maybe it will be here tomorrow, if not then Thursday. Wheel-to-wheel sidesteps, grille inserts, chrome mouldings, Full-Tilt tonneau, Mopar rear spoiler, Mopar splash guards, and a Laramie front bumper conversion all set to be done ASAP. Years of owning various models taught me how to dress one right.

Thanks, I'm actually excited for once on owning another truck. After owning two different manual trucks and the rest being old 727 w/od trucks, it's a welcome thing to try a multi-speed tranny behind a Cummins that's factory built.
Chris
p.s. The wife will stop griping about the manual thing.

Now she will complain that the truck is hard to park with those extra wheels in back......
Yes I know the last one was a dually too but she didn't like to drive it though...
Congrats on finding your truck finally.

The one before the last one (carry the one, divide the remainder) was a 2WD dually. She actually liked driving that one. Of course both times that she did. Thus the reason for the manual.

I'm actually considering a downloader to try and help me get better than the 13 mpg I'm getting around town. I really don't want to do it but driving 400 miles and being at 1/8th tank just really bites....
