turbo sensor code

check engine light keeps coming on/off. Took the truck to the dealer and they said they have to drill a hole in the turbo, some sort of cleaning hole/port. But they are awaiting the tooling to perform this procedure, because it is on backorder. Has anyone had this done, and or the same issues. The service techs were unable to answer questions because they said this is a new procedure.

The turbo cleaning procedure (requiring a hole drilled in the turbo) is the new procedure for the P2262 code. Dodge used to replace the turbo. Not sure about the effectiveness of the procedure.

Tell us how it comes out.

Not sure how effective this is going to be. Performance feels like it dropped off and mpg dropped to 12.
