time for a new TC

my dad owns a 04, 5.9 with the 48 RE and its time for a new TC. i was looking for a knowledgeable opinion on what he should go with. looked at ATS and sun coast so far. during the summer he tows a 24' enclosed trailer threw alot of stop and go traffic and during the winter its all plowing ( alot of forward<--->reverse). Any opinion would be great, thanks ahead of time

goerand bros, suncoast, dtt would be my first choice. in no particular order btw...
