are you going to add any more go-fast-goodies to your truck down the road? if so i would go with the sps 62! im running one and tow HEAVY and she runs great. however the htbg would good for your current setup

With that money, you could get a Super Phat Shaft 62 (SPS 62) for $1400 might be a little big (dont know)
or a HTT Super stock 62 for $1325

PM me for the place where they sell em at that price

I guess the 450-500hp range when all is said and done unless I hit the lottery then all bets are off. how big of a turbo can I run with the mods I have know but will still have enough Edit to get me to the 450 range down the road when I get tranny money

a sps 64 would be ideal for that hp range. but awful laggy till you run more fuel to it!

and more fuel means dead trans and dead trans means dead broke so for the set up I have now what is the largest turbo you would run with some growth in mind I can tolerate some lag if it means more hp in the long but not so much lag that the Amish blow by me off the light

you could run the 64 the way you are, but you will want to set up your trans and get more fuel in it sooner than later

yea I think your wright I think I read he broke it recently. do you think the 62 would be worth the power loss I see it being a long time before I get the money for a trans up grade. I am putting my wife through school wright now. but when she is done and making $$$$$ then bring on the bombs

he upgraded to a fully built trans. why would the 62 cause a power loss? do you mean in the long run? im running a 62 and you can see my dyno numbers, but its VERY hot. a 64 would be ideal for your ideal 500 hp. However you only have enough fuel and money to get the htbg. So just whatever. i would get the 64 and suck it up till ya get the extra fuel and money. JMO
