If you are just tuning in and haven't yet watched this burn out video that Jpw did..you need to. Stock 6.7 with the auto.

I need to lay down a couple stripes right in front of the Ferd dealership.

Looks like the anti-spin differential is working as designed.

Yep. All of a sudden the 5.9 has a 'Big Brother' to handle all the 'light work'

With all due respects, I would hope it would break the rear tires loose...no real weight back there.
And I thought the new Engines were quiet at Idle...???

Gives me hope of maybe buying a new truck. I have to see how good the electronics are on it before I'm sold.

I agree. My dad just picked up a new 6.7 and its beyond quiet. My old gas Toyota is louder at idle than the 6.7. That one in the video sounded a bit loud in my opinion. Are there even any exhaust systems for the 6.7 yet? Oh well...

Wow, I guess he isn't keeping the stock sneakers on that truck.

That's pretty impressive for a stock truck considering it only displaces about 50 more inches than the 5.9L.

Am I the only one here that could roast my STOCK tires on my STOCK 03 w/ a little ol' 305 motor??? I guess I should have made a video. The ONLY thing I like about the new truck is a tranny w/ enough gears for these engines. Put some real tires on that 6.7 and see what happens.

I agree with you guys that it was running the slippery stock rubber. Mine wouldn't do a burnout in stock form, period. Now I can burn the tires off and put holes into the asphalt. The guy road his brakes so thats kinda like cheating. Once you get the tires spinning you should take the foot off the brakes and see how long the rubber goes. Looks like a good starting point for a quick truck.
