O2 Sensor Module Update

I went in yesterday and had the sensor module/reflash recall performed. I was in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. The tech told me that he replaced the module but that I already had the correct flash revision and no update was required.

There have been reports on this forum that the flash with this recall is totally new and it makes the truck maintain active regen at an idle. If the tech is being straight with me, that doesn't appear to be the case, otherwise he would have updated my flash. I am running on the AU flash that was installed 2-3 months ago to address the P0245 EGR CEL code.

I can't notice any difference in the way the truck runs or performs since completing the recall work. And, I haven't had any CEL's or problems since the AU flash was installed back in late August.

I went to shop yesterday and they didn't even know about the update.
I brought a paper from the dodge website showing that my truck needed the new moddule and reprogram.

I dropped mine off for the update this morning. I don't need the flash as I had it done two weeks ago so I'm just getting the O2 module.

And while they're in there, I'm having them drain off some "extra" oil that mysteriously keeps increasing on the dipstick. Now if they could just figure out a way to make it generate it's own diesel I'd be golden.
