Noise in my transmission... HELP

Hey guys,
Well I have a noise in my 6 sp transmission. I have a noise that just started tonight. I only hear it when the truck is in 6th gear. It's not a high speed tick tick noise like a universal. It's more like a clunck clunck about every 1 sec.or so. Like I said not real fast just steady about once a sec. at 60mph. I know I have read plenty about the 5 speeds having a nut or something but I don't remember anything about the 6 speeds.
Any helps or thoughts would sure be appreciated!!!
Thanks,
Topper

Man that sucks!! Better have it on the shop especially if it's in warranty. It shouldn't do any noise, especially from the tranny.
