New Turbo under Warranty!!

CEL light came on, on the way home yesterday (again)
. So I dropped it at the dealer. They ran the scanner on it and the codes were p2262 and something for the egr high flow.
I should be getting the new turbo and egr valve this time.
I just don't understand. I work this thing pretty hard. Idle time is minimal. Engine brake is always on. Anyone out there using a fuel additive. I'm using the Amsoil stuff on every fillup.
