New clutch question

I just had a South Bend complete clutch installed and i'm in the ( break in) period but one thing i noticed is the noise the clutch makes. It sounds like disk spring noise, Not spring clatter from a slipping clutch disk. I have 335 miles on the clutch now. Any body else have the So. Bnd. that has herd the noise?

It's normal for a dual disc. I've got the Con OHDK which is a single. It's silent. Peter at SBC is the guy to speak to with your concerns. Listing your signature helps determine a solution to your problem.

Better give SBC a call. If it's a '05.5+ it should have a G-56 in it. They do get noisier when the stock clutch is replaced with an aftermarket conversion but the single disc action should be quiet. Ask for Peter.
