New 2500 and 3500 6.7 6 speed auto

IIR someone posted that when the 6.7L first came out in C&C it cost extra to have the jake turned on. So I assume it was on all of the 6.7 engines but not turned on by default and they now turn it on at the factory for all trucks so they add that extra cost in to the price of the truck. I could be wrong and if so then someone will stop by to correct me.
