New 07 6.7

Well, I finally broke down and bought a left over 07 6.7 6spd auto. And I must say, so far I love it. ( along with the deal I got on it). Although I miss my 03,hopefully this thing will continue to change my mind. This is the first automatic I have ever owned and my left foot has not talked to me for the last 2 weeks but it will come around, im sure. So far I havnt hauled or pulled anything yet, but the 600 mile trip home gave me close to 19mpg on the over head at around 75-80mph, 640 miles in the 1st tank.
I was pleased to say the least. Miliage dropped driving around here to 16.5-17mpg. This new 68rfe is the best thing to happen to a dodge truck next to the cummins. The exhaust brake works very well with it. The only thing I regret about the truck is not having 4.10s. I almost spent the extra $ on a 08 just to have them and I still might purchase a ring and pinion set and do the swap anyway. Hopefully the emmision bugs stay away from me but time will tell and if they do start to show up, the truck may become a little lighter.
