I'm tired

I recently took the truck in because of the exhaust brake coming on at its own leisure. They cleaned the particulate filter, exhaust system, 2 sensors 02sen an turbo sen. Basically de soot the entire system. I had to rent a truck for a week an 2 days while mine was in the shop.that cost me almost 375. an then i got my bill from the *********** 1652.37 I liked to EDIT my pants, i have drove the truck 2 days now,now the ck engine lite is back on an another little red light like a (lighting bolt) is on also.I can't believe that they can't fix this **** truck

The truck didn't run any different after i had the work done. I did notice that its a little slow to start after i got it back. Kinda like a week battery, thats when the red light came on. That not good i just replaced both batteries in April.

6.7 Cummins have had some issues with turbos and sensors getting sooted up. Doing a regen on your truck indicates you most likely don't drive it that much or for long periods of time. Some states require the first time cleaning of EGR and cooler also crankcase breather to be on Chryslers dime.
67500 108000 54 When prompted by the Engine Oil Indicator System, the engine oil and filter must be changed. If not prompted by the Engine Oil Indicator System within 7,500 miles (12 000 km) or 6 months since the last oil and filter change, change the engine oil and engine oil filter. Under no circumstances should oil change intervals exceed 7,500 miles (12 000 km) or 6 months, whichever comes first.
Rotate tires.
Lubricate front drive shaft fitting (4x4).
Lubricate outer tie rod ends.
Inspect the front suspension, tie rod ends, and boot seals, replace if necessary.
Inspect brake linings.
Inspect and adjust parking brake if necessary.
Replace Crankcase Ventilation Filter (CCV).
Clean EGR Valve**.
Clean EGR Cooler**.

If you live in any of these states there is NO CHARGE for the required cleaning.

**The EGR Valve and EGR Cooler maintenance will be covered by the manufacturer only at this maintenance interval, for vehicles registered in California, Maine, Massachusetts, New York and Vermont.

I do think you need to delete....

Since you have no warranty you have no worries. Get a Smarty (Sr or Jr) and delete full exhaust, EGR, EGR Cooler, and Throttle valve.

Problem solved.
