Howes diesel treatment??

Hey all!! Is anyone running this brand of treatment? I am new to the diesel engine and am not sure about running additives on my 6.7L! Is it recommended and if so how does this product stack up? Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to DTR. Additives aren't recommended, per your owners manual. Have you read the two pages on additives yet?

The Howe's rated OK during the test on additives done a while back. I also think Stanadyne and Power Service were rated OK as well. With my failing memory, the only one which the test said to stay away from was MMO, but there may have been more? However, I have been putting Howe's in my old 7.3, and Stanadyne (sp) in my 06. Don't actually know with all the emissions stuff and different build of engine if you should be putting additives in the 6.7.
