my 07 has 32000 mi on it and I am lucky to get 300 mi per fill up with a 35 gal tank. I don't fill up until my light comes on. Worthless Green Ford Chrysler in Abilene KS says nothing is wrong.

I got 12.4 mpg hauling this 1966 Ford Fairlane to Port Huron, MI from my hometown....hand calculated.

On the way back, I got 14.9 dragging the 1850 lb 2007 GatorMade 16+2 car hauler back, unloaded. The truck had 7000 miles on it at the time.

My best miles per tank was 506.8 / 31.911 gals / 15.882 mpg.

2007 with 10000mi on it and I am getting 300 to 360 mi per fill up with a 35 gal tank. I don't fill up until my light comes on. 300 miles driving it hard in city only. 360 driving like other drivers city only.

Wink

early 04 one ton 4wd with single rears for the marinas.

about 92,000 on it, hand calculated every so often with

19 mpg unloaded, trips to town (hills)

20 mpg highway on cruise (65)

15 mpg with box trailer (7000 lbs)

12 mpg with boat and trailer (16,000 lbs)

no mods but thinking it is time......I can always ask Madhat, 04CTD or Redleg for advice... anyone in New York?

On my last road trip, keeping the speed between 65 and 70, my fuel gauge read 1/2 and the odometer read 400 miles from fillup. 47,000 miles on the truck, FWY driving. I did fill the tank to the top and it did take some time.

26,000 miles overall average 13.8 MPG, no towing.
Best tank 627 miles, 33.8 US gallons = 18.5 MPG, last summer.
