How much WVO per restaurant per week?

Just wondering from some of you guys already making biodiesel........about how many gallons per week does an averaged size Chinese restaurant produce per week? I have a local chain of 5 that does good business and am just wondering. Thanks.

They are certainly PAILS up here, 5 gallons , or 18.5 liters to be exact ( often called a 20l PAIL for some reason though...)

Back, way back, I worked at Bennett Industries in Peotone, Ill.

Our moto was ....

"Bennetts buckets are better buckets cuz their made with better bucket bits"

Here we only have 2 foreign restaurant (couldn't spell Chinese) they said they use
3 buckets a week = 15 gallons, I had to ask. They just put it in an old bucket
and toss it in the trash.

What he said up there ^ about how many liters.

I rest my case ............... LOL

It seems like most places around here have some company's big fancy container to hold it, once I get enough containers to handle it well enough I'll impede on their business.

That is just plain WRONG! I can't believe you could even say something like that, much less the admins let you get away with it. How would you like it if someone took a stab at your heritage with out getting their facts straight... MY GOD MAN!!!!.... you act like you have never eaten Chineese and if you had you would realize that they use cat and not dog.... Dogs are eaten in Vietnam

I am getting into this now, and have found a source for drums. My first 2 were 55 gal, but I am going to try some 30 gal because they are lighter, and should be cheaper to purchase.

I was talking over the idea of getting a system with a good freind. He said if I do he will line me up with all the oil I can handle. He used to work for a place that makes pre cooked frozen food such as chicken nugets. They change the fryer grease every day. He said they pay to have several thousand gallons of the stuff hauled away every day.(yes litteraly several thousand gallons a day) The best part is that they are only abought 20 miles down the road.
