At 22K, no problems whatsoever.

Truck is worked hard everyday in 4x4. Fuel economy is now 17-18 highway.

I've got a 2007 with 13k on it now. Don't drive it much. Had a P2262 code but it's been gone with the new flash code.

As of today, I have 215,761 miles on my 07 Cab and Chassis. Have I had problems, yes, but obviously not enough to shut me down for long. This is a work truck pulling a 40 ft gooseneck trailer and it does work. Any problems I've had are posted on this site in earlier posts and can be looked up if you so desire.

Troubles

6300 miles only trouble I've had is the instruments went nuts once when I turned on the key, wouldn't start and I had to turn the key on and off 3 times before it returned to normal. 17+ mpg highway @ 70mph at 85 it drops to 16. Lots of power but Ford still builds a stronger truck, just look at the bed on a 09 dodge 4 bolts to hold it on and its just through sheet metal at that. I like the engine & trans but the truck is cheaply built. Of course they all are getting that way, I just wish they'd save the cheap stuff for the 1500's and and the F150's. I'll have to see what the next 300K brings.

2007 52K miles, few problems

I had a little trouble with the original turbo early on but dodge replaced it. So far, I have 52000 miles and no problems what-so-ever. The truck hauls a slide in camper nicely and likes long runs in the mountains. I average about 18+ per gallon highway and around 13 give or take in town. The key is to avoid starts and stops. So far so good. It is a good truck and the diesel and transmission have both been great. I have no idea why anyone would avoid the 6.7L. I actually havent heard of people having trouble here.
