What repairs have you done and how many miles do you have?
I was just wondering how everyones truck is doing. So far mine has been great couldn't ask for more. I came up with all the repairs I have had to do since I bought my truck new. I am not counting oil changes and tires or fluid changes just hard parts that I have had to change. Please share yours as well.
I have 270,607 miles on my truck and here is what I have done to date:
1-Clutch, flywheel and pressure plate
4-U Joints
3-Front wheel bearings
1-Rear trans seal
2-Fan clutches
1-Clutch hydrolic system
2-Injectors
1-Idler pulley and belt
The funny thing is these repairs where done while I was on the road! I have never gotten to work on my truck at home Thanks to walmart parking lots I have a place to work on my truck HAHA
I think my truck has done very well giving the loads I pull and the hours it runs non stop in some cases. Well again share your stories!!

At 70,500 miles...only replaced the lift pump which was covered under warranty. Other than that...the truck has been solid! Couldnt be happier!
Bought the truck with 23,000 on it in January of 2006...put some serious miles on it this year! But nothing like you...

The funny thing is I really slowed down! I havent done a lot of hauling in about the last 8mo. If so I would have been over the 300k mark by now!!

I am at 70k now.
My stock stereo/cd player ate a cd and wouldn't give it back. It was replaced under warranty, but I since replaced it with an Alpine/Ipod combo. (much better! )
The front door weatherstrips were replaced with the new style since they were tearing where the door rubbed. No biggie...under warranty.
I now have a popping sound coming from underneath the front when turning. I think it is my track bar that needs a bushing or either a replacement track bar.
No other problems. I have even pulled a GCVWR of 26,000lbs with my Smarty on level 9 with my trans still stock.
I have upgraded/added other stuff to my truck as listed in my signature, but none of it was because of a failed part.

2005 Ram 3500 SRW 62000 miles.
Replace door weatherstrip.
Replace plastic intercooler-blew a hole in it.
Tighten banjo bolt on fuel rail-complaint of raw diesel smell.
Replace 1 injector.
I have complained several times about the time it takes for the cab heat to warm up, and when it does warm up it's not very hot. They say that this is standard. I have to drive 5 miles before the widshield will even start to defrost.

I did buy a cheap 12v plug in heater to help with in-cab warm up time.

I have only 16K on my truck - nothing has been repaired - no problems. Not bad for a FRIDAY truck !!!! I had 2 recalls - tank vent and anti-lock brake module replacement - done at the same time, neither was a problem at the time they were done but could have been down line. Everything is working to perfection, nice cold A/C, heater is TOO hot to run on high. No complaints, great truck.
