Dually rear end differences?

Dually rear end differences?
Are the rearends the same width on a 6.7 Chassis Cab dually and a 6.7 1 ton dually with pickup bed? I guess I mean overall width, from outside of outer tire to outside of outer tire. For some reason I'm thinking a chassis cab has a narrower ovewrall width. Is this true?

Not sure the difference on SB vs LB they're both available in Dually form, QC long Dually, and Megacab short Dually...MC would be LWB, but the info doesn't say SWB and LWB just 6.25 and 8.0ft bed?
