Hey guys, lets begin with I don't know a whole lot about turbos/boost. So, maybe you can help me with some simple questions. I have done full EGR/DPF deletes with the Smarty Race ME and just installed the aFe intake manifold on my 2009 6.7. I also installed a GlowShift MaxTow boost gauge. I don't really need the gauge but dammit I think it looks super cool in that A-Pillar. Anyway I got it all installed and was super excited.....took her out and put it to the floor for about a 1/2 mile and didn't get over 22lbs of boost. I'm trying to read about what I should be expecting and I'm seeing a lot of big boost numbers being thrown around. Is 22 a pretty normal number or does it seem low? Also if someone could post a link that explains boost defueling in very simple terms, I am just not getting it. Thanks everyone, if there are already threads talking about all this just post a link.
