Converter question
If your driving down the road and you tap the brake doesn't the converter unlock and you see a small jump in your RPM's.
If this is true and it doesn't unlock what would be the problem?
I have noticed a shutter when towing going up hill, usually in 5th gear and the rpms are around 1200 (which seems low to me). I have also noticed this when going up a steep hill even with out towing. I have 26K on the truck.
