Cleaning Your Turbo

I have had luck with cleaning turbo over replacing it. This may help any that may want to try cleaning before spending big bucks on a new one.

Cleaning Your Turbo

Would you recommend doing this as preventative maintenance?

Yes I would along with cleaning EGR valve, EGR cooler and replacing the breather filter. I would do a complete cleaning every 65,000 miles. Cheap insurance to avoid expensive repairs later.
