Cavitation

Here's something I haven't seen covered on this forum. Do we have to add anything to the coolant to prevent cavitation? I read something on another forum that it was recommended to test the coolant using some sort of test strip and add a certain chemical if needed. Your thoughts?

the type of coolant used is specified for diesels and meets cummins among many others specs, and will prevent cavitation. no additives are necessary. just make sure you put the correct type in when adding or changing. it i a HOAT coolant.
