I'm with you, he hasn't even been back to reply to the responses. Didn't even fill bother to fill in a sig. or provide picts of his new baby.

sorry so long to reply, they gave me a new truck 2 days later. old one still sitting in back lot, glad its not mine any more. after a "little" meeting with gm of dealer, he said he would talk with owner. next morning i had a phone call that it was a done deal, come on down and get new truck. i didnt even have to hit anybody (ha-ha). new truck even had a power sliding rear window for no more cost, all #'s on conctract were identical. new truck runs awesome after 256 miles so far.

 

dont worry, new pics coming this weekend, just have not had time. already intalled new westin chrome tube steps and ordered factory remote start system, ill let you know how install goes. new fifth wheel hitch goes on friday, cant wait to pull with it.

 

Sure looks like the dealer took care of you. Great to see Customer service at its best

I didn't think that the factory remote start system was available for the diesels. I ordered mine in March and that option was not listed. Since you already have the truck is the dealer installing it for you?

 

Was this a Five Star dealership?

 

Yeah I got the run around when my '05 was new. They told me I had to wait 2weeks or more before I could get a new injector. I started calling cummins dealers all over the U.S. and had one in about a week.
