Your EGT's need to get up around 1300 to burn the Catalist out........ A run down the highway/back roads will help!

Why are they idleing so much? With the new DPFs, idle time will do you in quick. Is there anything about a manual regeneration in the Owners Manual?

We have 4 new 6.7's in our fleet and two of the have the same problem. The one actually was taken in to the dealer and they couldn't reset it, so they had to replaced the computer.
