my 04 motor took a crap, i picked up a 04.5 motor but not am having an issue with the wiring situation. What are the differences between the 2 wiring wise and what can i do to get the 04.5 motor into my 04 truck?

 

The 04.5 uses a different set of controls, ECM and PCM. You will need to either change the turbo and controller on the engine, or pick up the harness and controllers for the chassis.

 

i can reuse the turbo off my old engine, what are the controllers?

 

i also have a full engine harness for the 04.5 motor, will i just be able to plug it in like that?
