Go to advance auto, they will loan you a ball joint kit for $150 deposit. You get it back when you return the kit. The hardest part of the job is removing the hub/bearing. You might want to call your local napa and see if they have one in stock before you start. If your not careful you can separate the bearing and break it especially if you use a puller. If your using a puller put some tension on the puller then back off the four bolts that hold the hub about 1/2" and give them a good smack. The hub sould break free. Napa Hub assembly/bearing- BR930502- I paid $161.87 pr

Although you might not need it, make sure you atleast find a hub assembly you can go buy if yours breaks or is bad when you get it off. Napa is usually 2 days away on these. Most dodge dealers stock one or two but you'll probably have to see you bank about a loan before purchacing one.

also when your re assembling everthing, make sure you clean the spindle and all mating surfaces and put some antisieze on them. Will make removing the hubs alot easier when you have to get in there again.

There are quite a few threads that discuss the power steering method that works good on the hubs. Just find a steel bar, rod, bolt etc that fits between the axle and the bolt heads and press them out. May take 2 people but works great. I didn't have to start the truck, just bounced the steering wheel.

x2 on the anti-seize!

steering/ bar is the way to go...won't separate the hub bearing that way
