Just wondering who makes oil for John Deere? Anyone know FOR SURE?

I looked into this last year and was informed that Chevron blends the oil for John Deere to their specifications. With that said, the base oils are supplied by Chevron, Mobil and a few others.

I wondered the same. Get the MSDS at http://eservice.msds.com/servlet/SSMain and search for "plus 50". Looks like Chevron.
