White smoke at idle
White smoke at idle
Still working this issue. Solved most of it when I replaced the damaged o-ring on the FCA. But still having a little now only at idle.
So today I measured the exhaust runner temps with a IR meter. Cold engine one minute run time #5 was about 20F higher than the others. After a short drive and remeasured all where around 215F. So now I'm debating if it's really an injector issue, but maybe the FCA is sticking and allowing extra pressure at idle (no codes though) or I'm getting air in the system. So I check the suction side fittings between the Raptor and the tank, and no evidence of leaking.
Any other ideas?

I wouldn't put too much into the temp readings Mikey. There could be a few reasons why they vary. I have seen a lot of guys at the track using the guns on headers and they would get all freaked out on 40-50 degree dif readings, when in reality there was nothing wrong at all, but the coating was thicker or thinner in that part of the header tube. Now if one was 150 degrees dif, then maybe something was up.
