I have recently had a white puff and an irregular idle for the fist + - 30 sec's on cold mornings, goes away and does not return till next "cold" morning.
Truck pulls like a train - no problems.
Adding PS. and MMO. - 16 + 8 oz per tank respectively.

my 04 did that, it was the lift pump.

i let it go till i hurt something, finally traded it in,

get a Glacier kit would be my recommendation

no warranty - too many mods.

i never ordered it, i put a used lift pump on it, cured most of the problems,
so i just traded it in running weak
