Guys i want to replace the first gear servo with a no leak o ring and new servo where is it located in the 48 re? thanks

 

1st gear servo is in the rear corner. It applies the rear band..

 

rear corner passenger side or drivers side or is there only one i havent takeen it apart yet but will be doing so within the next week

 

just so you know, every one that i've had to rebuild, in order to get the servo out i had to remove the od unit to get the servo shaft out to remove the servo. i can get the servo out with-out doing the above, but the trans is on a bench torn down. just my 2 cents
