Bought it with 23,000...I'm now at 119,000...

Lift pump, u-joints, front drive shaft (front u-joint went out and you have to buy a whole new front drive shaft to fix 'em!), and thats it...

I got 116,000 miles out of my factory brakes, on my 3rd set of tires, and it needs front shocks soon...

All in all...the truck has been great...

200,000 mile here I come...

Had a recall where they flashed my computer for something to do with the brakes, the air blender in the dash exploded they fixed under warranty. the same time the blender went i had a problem with my truck jerking when i turned on my heat. and of course they could not find any problems. hopefully i dont have all these bearings and seals, lift pump, and u joint problems like some of these guys have had! Oh and just recently my niebor knocked on the door to tell me there was ahuge pool of fluid under my truck, some how my fuel line had pin holes in it and it was at 35,500 miles. Luckly for me i got a 7 year 100k extended!

2007 5.9 2500 60km on it.

Before it even broke in, the fuel heater sets off the engine light. About 20+ times now, have to go bring it in and they try something else. Only to have the engine light come on again when the temp dips too cold. They think its a fluke..and havent fixed it. They have replaced the computer, wiring from fuel heater and the ground.

Pwr Steering leak, just a clamp.
New ujoints and driveshaft
3 SETS of batteries, keep goind bag ( due to fuel heater issue I think)
( twice left stranded with it)

There is more but I cant think of everthing lol. I have had alot of issues with this truck in the 1.5yr I have owned it.

52k km, no problems so far.

The seal around the shifter has a small hole in it already though, found it when I did the clutch a few days ago. (Clutch didn't wear out, just couldn't stand up to Crazy Larry).

Other than the A/C not cooling, paper thin seats, a squeak from the dash, and the jake stalk switch rattling which drives me nuts, nothing significant yet. But only 10K on the clock, hanger queen big time.

101K.

Factory single CD player ate a CD, replaced under warranty and since replaced with aftermarket head unit.

I have trouble with my A/C blower not blowing sometimes....I have to reach under the dash and "pop" it with my metal flashlight....then it works again. For a while.

That's it. Truck has been awesome. I have upgraded, replaced some stuff (trans, lift pump) on my own...but this truck has never left me stranded or failed to start. Original batteries, turbo, brakes, injectors, ujoints etc.....even with a few drag races, sled pulls, and some heavy towing mixed in. I run Smarty on level 9 everyday...with the MP8 on 100 percent.....but I filter my fuel to 2 microns.

..

I must be lucky in the fact that the only problem Iv had with mine was the Fuel Pressure sensor went out shortly after I got it.
I now have 50K on the clock.
Other than that, Im very happy with the truck.

95,250 miles and I have replaced:

1. injector (warranty)
2. entire front end parts
3. fuel pump (upgraded to FASS 150)
4. water pump
5. 3rd set of tires
6. various PacBrake parts
7. rear u-joint
8. trac bar bushings
9. Stock radio kept keeping CD's so upgraded that

What needs to be replaced:
1. brakes (95k on stock stuff!)
2. rear window clip
3. driver seat fabric
4. scratches on the side from bamboo trees

I like the truck, just not the little nickel and dime stuff. But for 95k on my truck, it still runs strong, so I can't complain there.
