Whats gone wrong with your Ram?

Here is the list of problems I have had with my 2004 2500 at 115,000 miles.
Power sterring pump leaks (twice), Transmission solenoid, Ball joints, radiator hose, transfer case output shaft leak (twice), water pump, front brakes, and air filter minder fell apart.
The truck has meticulously maintained and serviced. Seems like a lot of mechanical stuff has gone wrong. The Cummins has been foolproof. Wonder how the other brands hold up.

My 2004 with 50,000 miles has had three rear pinion seals and a new yolk assembly, one front pinion seal, a new turbo (it was leaking where the intake and exhaust housings come together), a new CP3 pump (it too began leaking when it turned cold,) and a left front axle joint. The cummins has been rock solid, it's just little things throughout the truck that has plagued me.

I guess I have been lucky. I got a 04 dually 4door auto with over 100k and only problem was a bad injector that was replaced under 30k miles. It shifts kinda hard but it has done that since we bought it.

Turn signal going haywire and rear pinion seal. Otherwise just new tires at 55K.

I put on new ball joints, replaced the front wheel bearings, and replaced 2 u-joints.
I drive a lot of gravel and haul heavy loads. Plus enter a few sled pulls.I am sure the 22.5's speeded up wear a little to. I am just about ready to turn over 60K

I have 3 friends with 08 6.4 powerstrokes 2 of them blew engines around 25K. The third only has 8K or so. All 3 are 100% stock

Hopefully,Dodge will stay in business,as I'm getting closer to buying the Dodge MaxCare online. They're is a tech that posts here who bought it. The policy pays him to fix his own truck.

had to buy new tires at 110,000. Then three lift pumps under warranty. Nothin else... been really good to me, but I haven't changed much in the hot-rod dept. so I expect it to be trouble free.
