whats the deal with my brakes? any ideas?
i just bought this truck 2 weeks ago and i knew of the existing problem(s). the problem:
1. speedometer bounces about 5mph each way while driving down the road.
2. coming to a complete stop most of the time i will get back pressure through the brake pedal and have to pump the pedal for it to act right.the guy i bought it from took it to the dealer about a month ago to try and get the problem fixed before i bought it and they replaced the brake booster and the brake master cylinder. well that didnt fix the problem. they also said it could be the speed sensor in the rear end and i replaced it and still didnt fix either problem.
i have checked all of the connections and wiring. couldnt find anything wrong. i also bleed all of the brakes (starting with the rear passenger then rear driver, the passenger then driver) thinking the dealer may not have done a good job. well it didnt have any effect of the situation either. i dont have a check engine light, abs light, or emergency brake light on. ive also scanned the computer and nothing.
any ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible that they did not bleed the master cylinder properly when installing it. That could definitely give you the symptoms you are seeing.
When you say "Backpressure" do you mean that it's a really hard pedal but you don't get ample braking, or does that mean it's pulsating when you press the pedal?

have you pulled the rear diff cover and checked the tone ring? could be tone ring on the front end too (pull the wheels and check wheel bearing area)
