HOLY SMOKES, 911K is a whole lotta miles.
Im a rotella guy too. Wix filter.
What is everyones thoughts on syn. oil.
I've been under the understanding not to use it right off the bat. Personally I think I'll wait 30K before switching. Although, I guess the Val/Blue is a blend anyway.

I went to Amsoil 5w30 HDD at 10K ( but then it was broke in by working it hard) and have not used a drop of oil in between changes. My last UOA showed the oil had a TBN of 10.39 after it being in my engine for 366 days and I used a Fleetguard Stratapore oil filter. Once I get a by pass set up I'm sure the oil will last 2 or more years.

I run the PBC witch is 4+ in truck 385 days TBN was 10.0 pulled total weight 23.000lb for 5000 miles 2000 miles jest the truck. I have only ran Premium Blue Classic in this truck. I change oil oil filter and fuel filter at the same time. I get the Classic at NAPA comes in 5Gal pal order no is 591839 that is a Valvoline part no. That they need to order it.
