What fuel filter and where is it on the CTD?
Is there anything else in filters on my truck I may be missing besides Fuel, oil, tranny, and air? Thanks,Joe

you should buy a factory Cummins/ram manual it would help a ton if you are going to start to do your own maintenance
look in your owners manual for the "water separator" or water in fuel drain procedure it should show you where the fuel filter is.
it's on the drivers side hanging off the engine...it has a yellow lever to drain the fuel/water.
Also you may want to use the search because I think there is a full write up on how to change your fuel filter
