What could cause vibration at 1800 rpm?highway

i have a 2004.5 dodge ram. i had a vibration that seemed like driveline at 1800-2000 rpm or 100 km/hour. slight vibration but BAD vibration under load.so bad my gps suction cup lets go on windshield. I have had all ujoints checked (1 replaced), tires balanced, transfer case checked and just stuck $4000 into tranny. Could it be injector/cp3/FCA related? i had goerend triple disc torque installed, shift kit and upgraded valve body and new clutch packs in tranny. engine mounts seem ok. what else? no codes either???

You may not have one. I have a long box with the 2 piece driveshaft and I have one.

Don't know how much of PIA it will be, but you may want to get the drive shaft checked for balance. Did you get the front shaft check for wore joints also? unfortunately SWB trucks do not have a carrier bearing. seems you have covered quite a few bases already though.

just had a thought if you put it in neutral while driving (saftey first no one around) does the vibration go away.

If it was a tight fit that means they could have damged the ujoint squeezing it to get the clips in. Yea it could be the problem. Are they going to replace with proper one?

It just started doing this or has it always had a slight vibration?
Reason I am asking, the 2003 and 2004 models had a problem with drive shaft vibrations. Supposedly the newer trucks shaft are made from a different vendor now.
There were alot of write ups on this, back then.

Some had it and some didn't. I was one of the lucky ones.

just started doing this about 2 months ago. never ever had this. i doubt its driveshaft unless they twist in time. i dont rough ride or 4 by in ditches or fields. i actually drve like a granny. so do u think, cp3,fca or injector? it idles fine and revs up nice in park. just under load theres vibration.

Mine cracked 2 months after Ford replaced my tranny in my F250.
