Well the bomb finally happened!!!!!

After all my problems and all the dealership crap My truck tranny blew up today. My dealer that I bought the truck has give me the run around for months saying there is nothing wrong with my truck. I took it to another and they found problems but they didnt want to get involved with the legal lemon stuff. Chrysler told me to that I had to take it back to the dealer where I started the repairs. Well on the way home I called them and they said bring it back and they will try to find the problem again . I went up to turn my trailer around and this thing was getting hot. Well I herd it throw a code and boom tranny oil was blowing out all over the road. Now wonder what they will say is not wrong this time???

I am trying to get my truck under lemon law. I dont want another tranny I want a 6 speed back. I have had this truck back to the dealer at least a dozen times with tranny problems and other things. The 48re will not hold up pulling around here. Another dealer told me today that I will never see any piece with the auto for what I am doing.

Dealer: "Your transmission is functioning normally. The oil you see on the ground is to cool and lubricate the pavement so that you can roll over it with less friction."

Good luck with your truck.

you will get a rebuilt 48RE...

I know thats not what you want to hear. Push for the lemon law...a sqeeky wheel will eventually get some oil.

Your statements make it sound as though you are self employed. If that is the case, I believe Enterprise rents larger trucks for commercial use. Its a business expense, write off, tax deduction.
