Water In Fuel Count

Have a 2005 with 49K miles. Got my Smarty Touch 3 years ago and WIF-C has read zero until
a couple weeks back, now it reads 2000.

I drained some fuel out of filter housing and got no water. I also hooked up a scan tool and it also reads 2000.

Seems like range goes upwards of 65000, so I guess 2000 is not that bad, but I was happier when it was zero.
Is this a dirt on the sensor issue, or is there some way to reset this thing? I couldn't find any way to reset it in scan tool at all.

One other thing, does anyone know how to set Smarty so it does not show 2000 as it's high end of range on "guages" screen.
I went into the settings, and it shows the range and alarms are this (below), but I can't get that to translate back to the "guages" screen.
