Ujoints

Dose anybody have the part number for the correct U-joints for the rear drive shaft on an 03 6 speed short box. The Neapco joint I got I can't get the clips in all the way.I read some where that there is a difference in the width of the cross on some of the u-joints

Dont have the part number but I'm pretty sure they are all the same part. Check to make sure one of the needle bearings didnt fall across the cap. I'vehad that happenbefore with the same results.

The needle bearing wasn't turned over. But to get the clips in I had to grind
10 Thou off of each bearing cap.And I used the 351 u-joint what gives with these drive lines I shouldn't have to grind caps to get the clips in

I didnt grind em but they were really tight going together then just loosened up with a hammer I think they were 351s
