I picked up my truck today , the dealer did a good job and it was cleaned inside and out . My whole problem was more from Chrysler and there lack of respect and gratitude towards there customers then my dealer . It seems to me that the dealer is getting squeezed from both ends in many cases . Like I said earlier this is my last new Dodge unless there are some big changes , with the warranty coverage it doesn't make any sense to pay the extra for new .

 

Glad to hear you are back on the road again. Sorry you got such lousy service. At least my wait didnt cost me any real money in down time. Hope you dont have any more problems.

 

Thanks I hope this thing holds together , but I must admit that I have lost a lot of faith in this truck .
