Transmission problems?

Auto Trans problems? - in the news
Have anyone heard about potential transmission problems with the Dodge trucks?
"The agency says several consumers reported their Dodge 2500 trucks spontaneously shifted out of park into reverse and started moving backwards."
http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/news/7oys...oys_dodge.html
The news site does not say much and I was wondering if anyone else heard anything about this?
I noticed when I put my auto trans lever in park, unless I wiggle it a little bit in the "park" setting the indicator light does not show. I've had this problem with a 94 Land Cruiser I had but it never caused the truck to shift out of park.

There is a shift cable adjustment up under the dash. An easier way to adjust it is to tap on the bracket that holds the cable on to the transmission. You have to tap it very lightly though as it is very sensitive. It is the cable bracket on the front side of the trans. I forget which way to tap it though, forward or backwards?
