Exclamation trans on order for almost a month

got what im getting use to say as common problem. but i have an 06 1ton the input shaft bearings failed inner and outer( or so does the dealer tell me) .it has forty thousand miles on. so i start my quest with crysler on getting them to pay for my 5k dollar trans (love dealer prices )next day get the great phone call there going to do it. now its almost a month later and i have been shut down still on the wait for a six speed trans .my question is they ordered it on nov 2 and on nov 6 the back order was closed or so says customer service (ask what that ment she said if trans were ordered before that date they were all shipped by that date). it is now the 22 of nov and they still can not find me a trans anyone now what the hell is the deal

Lemon laws in OK?

It might be time to explore a buyback. You could contact Standard Transmissions and see what they are asking for a rebuilt. They advertise in the TDR.

A month is nothing!!!! I waited 10 1/2 weeks for my 6 speed tranny from DC. Dropped it off in August and picked it up in November. The worst part about that is I still had summer windsheild washer fluid in it when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was -25 for 3 weeks!

Mine was a nv5600...... ehavlicek83 is a g56. I would think they could get something a little quicker, but I also thought they would be a little quicker on mine.
