trans acts funny
Greetings from Indiana! Just joined this forum and this is my first post. I own a 06 2500 Diesel Mega Cab. The trans "hunts" between 1-2 gear at low trottle low speeds. I had the dealer perform the gov transducer replacement as per the TSB with no change. The dealer then replaced the valve body, still no change. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

mine did the same thing till i tightened the cable a touch. Evidently it's a pressure thing. I opened my throttle all the way and then tightened the cable until it was tight and backed off a tiny bit, then locked the clamp.
Try it and see if that takes care of your problem. Mines a 48RE in a 2003 3500 so it might be a bit different.
