no OD acts like it coasts when you let off pedal
completely washed the engine compartment yesterday, drove the truck to town. smoked some people out, trans worked fine! noticed that if you mashed the pedal from a stopped position it didn't want to shift out of second, had to let off 1/4 pedal. i stopped shifted it manually samething no change, continued home would not shift into OD! i think the comverters locking up cause it will drop the rpms and will increase when you tap the brake (200-300 rpms). by washing the engine compartment, could of caused this or what? it acts like it coasts when you let up on the pedal (55mph give or take a little.)
it had a manual switch at one time. it got repaced by a new harness so its back to the computer lockup now.
any ideas
