Tranny Pan/Diff Cover??

I'm in the market for a transmission and rear diff cover to lower my temps and make life a little easier on service days. Does anyone have any pros or cons to the different companies???

I'm trying to pay around $300-500 for both.. Any help would be great..

I installed the PML rear diff cover on my 07 and really like it! I drive stick so can't help you on the Trans, however PML DOES make a trans pan as well. Significantly cheaper than Mag Hytec and from what I understand just as good. Hope that helps!

I've been a mag-hytec fan for ~7 years. Neved been dissapointed. I have had the diff covers on 4 different fehicles; Never had the o-ring leak. Just installed the double deep trans pan 2 weeks ago. Doesn't help much in lowering actual trans temp, but does help it to cool faster after the TC locks up. I think this would be true with any of the pan mfr's though.

Love my Mag Hy Tec pans... have both diff and DD Trans. Hold one in your hand and you will see the quality in making the product. That made my decision.

I went with PML for my trans pan, very nice piece and there is no powder coating on it which I believe will act as an insulation. I haven't done a diff cover yet.

I have a MH DD trans pan and a MH Rear diff cover.

But for the front diff I bought a PML due to rubbing issues MH has had with some trucks that to my knowledge they have not resolved.

I am extremely happy with all 3 pieces.

Thanks for all your input guys, it seems as if you really can't go wrong with any of the products.

I do like th fact mag-hytec offers the double deep tranny pan, it's really not that bad of price!! Truck is in the dealer right now for more warranty stuff i.e power steering, trailer lights, driver lumbar is busted, oil sevice. when she gets back I think I'm going to order up some new pans I love my truck
